The Minnesota State Building Code is hereby adopted as the building code of the City of Rice and incorporated in the city code as completely as if set out in full.
Section 5 of the City of Rice Zoning & Subdivision Ordinances
No building or structure shall hereafter be erected, moved, demolished or construction until a lawful building permit has been issued by the Building Official. Building/mechanical/plumbing permit applications are available at Rice City Hall (these can not be faxed).
