The City of Rice has permanent odd/even lawn watering conservation plan. Lawn watering restrictions are:

·If your house/business is an odd number you can sprinkle your lawn on odd number days.

·If your house/business is an even number you can sprinkle your lawn on even number days.

The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (MGDPA) gives everyone the right to look at and request copies of public data that the City of Rice maintains. Records may be viewed for free or copies may be purchased for 25 cents per page. Requests for public data can be made to the City Clerk.
