PERMANENT WATER CONSERVATION PLAN
Effective until further notice, the City of Rice has adoped an odd/even lawn sprinkling conservation plan. The restrictions are:
- If your house/business/lot is an odd number you can sprinkle your lawn on odd number days.
- If your house/business/lot is an even number you can sprinkle your lawn on even number days.
NOTICE: This also applies to city resident that have private wells/pumps.
